As a Dublin-based digital agency, we are committed to creating positive impact through ethical practices, environmental stewardship, social equity, and transparent governance — both in our operations and in the solutions we deliver to clients.

• We design accessible, inclusive, and privacy-first websites compliant with WCAG 2.2 and GDPR.
• We promote digital sustainability by optimizing code, reducing load times, and minimizing data transfer to lower energy use.
• We refuse projects that promote hate, misinformation, or harm.

B. Environmental Responsibility

• Green Hosting Advocacy: We recommend and prioritize eco-friendly hosting providers using renewable energy.
• Paperless Operations: 95% digital workflows with e-signatures and cloud storage.
• Carbon-Aware Design: We measure and reduce the carbon footprint of websites.
• Remote-First Policy: Reducing commuter emissions by enabling flexible remote work for all team members.

C. People & Community

• Diversity & Inclusion: We foster a workplace free from discrimination and actively recruit from underrepresented groups in tech.
• Skills Development: Annual training budget for all staff; mentorship programs for junior designers and developers.

D. Responsible Supply Chain

• We work only with suppliers and freelancers who uphold fair laboUr practices and environmental standards.
• Preference for Irish and EU-based partners to reduce transport emissions and support local economies.
